It's a crazy time in this world right now!  

I've been thinking of how I can continue my photography during this time of crisis.  A way to capture this unique, crazy, challenging, surreal time in history when everyone is home together but keeping a distance.  Then I found this photographer, Cara Soulia in Needham Massachusetts, who is working on the #TheFrontStepsProject and I said that's it!!  

What's involved?  Starting today, I am offering to take a 5 minute ‘Front Steps Portrait” of Stapleton residents.  I will send to you by email 1 digital image at no charge.  In return I ask that you donate to the Food Bank of the Rockies or Dumb Friends League. Suggested donation is $50 but any amount helps. Feel free to contribute more if you are able.

I will be posting these images on Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #thefrontstepsproject.  Please LIKE my pages and share these posts. Let’s spread the word! 

I will be taking images outside ONLY and about 10 feet away. The session will be a brief 5 minutes.  This is not a typical get-dressed-up-and-pose-for-the-photographer session. Want to get creative?  Go ahead! Want to stand outside in your pajamas and slippers? Sounds good to me. Kids in mismatched clothes but you’re thrilled they got dressed? Fantastic. Kids wearing superhero costumes? Love it!  Be you.
